Process Workshops: Recent and Upcoming Events
- The 1997 Stony Brook
General Chemistry Teaching Workshop, July 20-25, 1997
- This workshop will bring educators together from across the USA in activities aimed at
sharing pedagogy, developing skills, and forging new collaborations. Sorry, registration
is now closed. Plans are already under way for next year's workshop, however, so keep this
workshop in mind for next summer.
- 1997 Chemistry Institute for Science Teachers, July 7-11, 1997
- Troy Wolfskill, Project Associate, will be present a short workshop on process workshops
for high school chemistry teachers as part of the program. Participants will experience
process workshops firsthand as they explore activities from Foundations of Chemistry
and LUCID. The discussion session will focus on how activities could be adapted for use in
secondary education.

- Troy Wolfskill will be present a short workshop on process workshops at the next MADCP
